You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred villa, choosing your dates, and completing the payment process. You can also contact us for personalized assistance.
Refund & Cancellation
1 What if I booked using a offer coupon?
If a booking has been done using an offer coupon, cancellation policies do not apply, and no refund will be provided. However, rescheduling may be possible based on availability.
2 What happens if I have to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances?
- If Triveni Stays secures another booking for the same dates, you will receive an 85% refund.
- If no alternate booking is secured, the cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
3 Is there a cancellation processing fee?
Yes, a 5% processing fee applies to refunds. However, refunds issued as travel credits will not incur any processing fee.
4 What is Triveni Stays’ standard cancellation policy?
- 21+ days before check-in: Full refund.
- 11–21 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 11 days before check-in: No refund.
Terms and conditions
1 Is early check-in or late check-out available?
- Early Check-In:
- 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 50% of the daily rate
- Before 06:00 AM: 70% of the daily rate (subject to availability)
- Late Check-Out:
- 11:00 AM – 02:00 PM: 50% of the daily rate
- 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM: 75% of the daily rate
- After 06:00 PM: 100% of the daily rate (subject to availability)
2 Is Triveni Stays responsible for lost or damaged belongings?
No, guests are responsible for their belongings. We recommend securing valuables during your stay.
3 What are the check-in and check-out timings?
- Check-In: 1:00 PM
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM
4 How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed only after we receive 30% partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
Villa Rules
1 Can I bring outside food or cook in the villa?
- No, outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests must select at least one meal option from our offerings.
- The kitchen is not accessible to guests, except for preparing meals for infants with prior permission.
2 Can I invite additional guests or visitors during my stay?
No, additional visitors or day guests are not allowed without prior approval from management.
3 Is alcohol consumption allowed on the property?
- Yes, but alcohol consumption must be within reasonable limits.
- Excessive drinking or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
4 Is smoking allowed inside the villa?
No, smoking inside the villa or rooms is strictly prohibited.
5 What are the rules for using the swimming pool?
- The pool is unguarded, and no lifeguard is present on-site.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.
6 What if a guest violates house rules?
If a guest engages in inappropriate behavior or violates house rules, management reserves the right to:
- Refuse the booking.
- Ask the guest to leave without a refund.
