House Rules

We strive to provide a serene and comfortable stay for all our guests. To maintain the quality of your experience, we request that you adhere to the following house rules:

Check-In and Check-Out Timings

Check-In After: 1:00 PM Check-Out Before: 11:00 AM

Food and Kitchen Policy

• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• Guest has to select at least one meal option.
• Guests are not permitted to access the kitchen, except for preparing meals for infants, and only with prior permission.

Occupancy and Guest Policy

• The listed price is based on triple occupancy as the base.
• Guests cannot invite other visitors or day guests during their stay without prior approval.
• Restrictions Bachelor groups and stag parties are strictly not allowed.
• Parties and late-night revelries are discouraged.
• Loud music is prohibited beyond 10:00 PM.
• Consumption of alcohol is allowed but must remain within reasonable limits.
• Illegal activities, including but not limited to carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics or carrying firearms/weapons, are strictly prohibited.
• Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.

Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the villa/rooms is strictly prohibited.

Pool Usage

• The pool is unguarded, and no lifeguard is present on-site.
• Children must always be accompanied by adults while using the pool.

Valuables and Personal Belongings

• Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings.
• Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables.

Identification Requirements

• As per legal requirements, every guest above the age of 18 must provide a government-approved photo ID that includes their address.
• Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport.

Behaviour and Compliance

• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these rules may result in a refusal to accept a booking.
• If already checked in, the management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property without a refund in case of violations.
• Special Occasions and Events For special occasions such as weddings, pre-wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations, or events requiring parts or the entire estate, explicit permission from management is mandatory.
• These events must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Additional venue charges, deposits, and charges for prior arrangements or post-event cleanup will apply.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of ₹5000 per room is required at the time of check-in.
