Triveni Stays Private Limited Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Triveni Stays, we understand that plans can change. Below is our structured cancellation and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- 21 Days Before Check-in Date: Guests are entitled to a full refund.
- 11–21 Days Before Check-in Date: Guests are entitled to a 50% refund.
- Less Than 11 Days Before Check-in Date: No refund will be provided.
2. Processing Fee
- A nominal cancellation fee of 5% will be charged for processing refunds.
- Refunds issued as travel credits will incur no processing fee.
3. Refunds via Travel Credits
- If travel credits were used for booking, any refunds will only be processed as travel credits only.
- Travel credits are not subject to the 5% processing fee.
4. Non-Cancellable Coupons
- If a non-cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden.
- Guests are not entitled to any refund, but rescheduling is possible (subject to availability).
5. Peak Dates Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not allowed for bookings on the following peak dates:
- Independence Day (15th August)
- Diwali (10th November – 20th November)
- Christmas and New Year (24th December – 2nd January)
- Republic Day (26th January)
6. Last-Minute Cancellations (Extenuating Circumstances)
- In the event of extreme last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be refunded 85% of the booking amount if Triveni Stays secures another booking for the same date(s).
- If no alternate booking is secured, the cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
7. Partial Payments
- Guests who have made a partial payment are not entitled to any refund.
